About Ariane Resnick

As a special diet chef and certified nutritionist who creates indulgent, seemingly “normal” food out of whole-food ingredients, Ariane Resnick has worked with a host of celebrities, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, and P!nk who provided the foreword to her book, How to Be Well When You’re Not (The Countryman Press). Challenging commonly held beliefs, Resnick has become known as an iconoclast of the wellness world. She has been featured in Forbes, HuffPost, Cosmopolitan, MindBodyGreen, Elle, and on CBS’s “The Doctors,” “ABC News,” and Well+Good.

Resnick is also the author of Wake/Sleep: What to Eat and Do for More Energy and Better Sleep (The Countryman Press), The Thinking Girls’ Guide to Drinking: (Cocktails Without Regret) (Regan Arts), and The Bone Broth Miracle: How an Ancient Remedy Can Improve Health, Fight Aging, and Boost Beauty (Hollan Publishing). In addition, she creates recipes for brands and writes about nutrition and wellness. She also consults with private chefs and home cooks, providing wellness and nutrition advice and hands-on instruction.
