About Ariane Resnick
As a special diet chef and certified nutritionist who creates indulgent, seemingly “normal” food out of whole-food ingredients, Ariane Resnick has worked with a host of celebrities, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, and P!nk who provided the foreword to her book, How to Be Well When You’re Not (The Countryman Press). Challenging commonly held beliefs, Resnick has become known as an iconoclast of the wellness world.
